Cucumber Test. 5007

 

Here's the famous cucumber test. This is a long-known test used by automotive journalists to measure the effectiveness of the anti-pinch system on the openings.

The goal is to simulate a finger being trapped in a door opening, "usually with a cucumber or a carrot," and to see if the protection system is sufficiently calibrated, and therefore capable of not injuring a distracted "or stupid" user who might have put their fingers in the openings as they close.

This is a test that was greatly popularized with the "umpteenth" Tesla scandal. Indeed, the very original Cybertruck has very poorly balanced sensors which, combined with the poorly deburred angles of its stainless steel body, can seriously injure anyone who might have the misfortune to let their hand hang in the openings.

As you can see here, "and what could be more logical for a Volvo?", everything works perfectly!!!!

Voiçi le fameux test du concombre. Il s’agit d’un test connu depuis longtemps et utiliser par les journalistes automobiles pour mesurer l’efficacité du système anti-pincement des ouvrants.

Le but est de simuler un doigt coincé dans un ouvrant « généralement avec un concombre ou une carotte » et de voir si le système de protection est suffisamment tien calibré, et donc apte à ne pas blesser un utilisateur distrait « ou con » qui aurait mis ses doigts dans les ouvrants au moment de la fermeture.

C’est un test qui a été très fortement popularisé avec le « énième » scandale de Tesla. En effet, le très original Cybertruck possède des capteurs très mal équilibré qui, mêlé aux angles mal ébavurés de sa carrosserie en inox, peuvent  sérieusement blesser la personne qui aurait le malheur de laisse trainer sa main dans les ouvrants.
