On a snowy winter morning last year, Adam Dresh was driving his Volvo XC60 when a 400‑kilo moose suddenly stepped onto the road after an oncoming truck, giving him no time to react.

The front of the car was badly damaged, but Adam and his colleague walked away without a single injury, and Volvo On Call dialled in to help.
